I've taken a number of pictures recently; things that caught my eye which I thought you might enjoy.
two evenings ago, the rolling clouds spilling over the rim of Beachy Head at low tide,
the lights of Eastbourne lining the edge of the water
the colour hard to capture, almost surreal
yesterday the little fox, taking his ease on the grass next door
keeping a sharp eye on me, quietly stepping down the lawn to capture his face through the trees
and just now, in the night garden, peppered with small night noises, the Plough hanging above the trees
the nearly full moon
rising over the house
Good night ....
Those beach shots are heavenly! Mr Fox looks fantastically cheeky.
ReplyDeleteThank you Claire, we are lucky to have such a beautiful beach just a short walk down the road, it looked even more heavenly in reality!
DeleteWhat wonderful pictures, my favorite is the last one with the moon peeking over the rooftop.

Thank you Bean - I amused myself by creeping about with the camera whilst making sure no dangerous night creatures were lying in wait to bite my ankles! Not very brave me!!!
DeleteI know what you are talking about, when I go to put the chickens away at night, if I wait to late and it is really dark, I am very noisy on my way out in the hopes that I scare off any creature that might scare me!!
